Terms of Sale and Licence
Last updated 21 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy AI Program in a Box, or download the free sample, from aiprograminabox.com. They explain what you're buying, what you can do with the files, and what happens if something goes wrong. You agree to them when you place an order or download the sample.
The short version
- You're buying a licence to use the kit inside your own organisation. You can copy, edit and rebrand the files for internal use, but you can't resell, share or publish them.
- It's a one-time download. Your link works for 60 days, and no updates are included.
- The kit is a set of templates and guidance, not legal, compliance or financial advice. Have the policies and governance documents reviewed for your organisation before you rely on them.
- Because the files are delivered instantly, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds. Try the free sample first. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
1. About these terms
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" means AI Program in a Box, the Australian business that sells the kit. Our ABN is shown on your invoice. "You" means the person placing the order and the organisation they buy for. If you buy on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms for it.
"The kit" means the AI Program in a Box files you download: the documents, presentations, spreadsheets and templates in the tier you buy, or in the free sample.
The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you place it.
2. What we sell
| Option | What's included | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Free sample | Ch.0 Context and Ch.6b AI Prompt Guide | Free |
| Starter | Ch.0, Ch.1, Ch.2, Ch.4 and Ch.6b | $990 AUD |
| Full Kit | All chapters, Ch.0 to Ch.8 | $2,950 AUD |
| Upgrade from Starter to Full Kit | The remaining chapters, for an existing Starter order | $1,960 AUD |
Prices are in Australian dollars. We're not registered for GST, so no GST is added and the price shown is the full price you pay. Your bank may charge its own fees for payments in a foreign currency.
We describe each chapter as accurately as we can on our website. We may change our prices, tiers or the content of the kit for future orders. Changes don't affect orders already placed.
3. Ordering and payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your order is accepted, and our agreement with you starts, when your payment is confirmed. Stripe emails your invoice and receipt to the address you gave at checkout.
We may cancel an order and refund it in full if we suspect fraud, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we can't supply the kit for reasons outside our control.
4. Delivery and download access
- After payment you're taken to your download page, where you can download each file or all of them in one zip.
- Your download link works for 60 days from the date of purchase. An upgrade comes with its own new 60-day link for the whole Full Kit.
- The kit is a one-time download. The price doesn't include future versions, updates or ongoing support. Please download and save your files straight away.
- Keep your download link private. Anyone with the link can download your files while it's active, and you're responsible for anyone you share it with.
- If you lose your link while it's still active, email us from the address you bought with and we'll help you get back to it.
5. Your licence to use the kit
The kit is licensed, not sold. When your payment is confirmed, we grant your organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the kit for its own internal purposes. Under this licence your organisation may:
- copy, edit, adapt, translate and rebrand the files, and combine them with your own material;
- share the files and your adapted versions with your own employees, directors and contractors who are working for your organisation; and
- use the adapted documents (such as your own AI acceptable use policy) inside your organisation for as long as you like.
Your organisation may not:
- sell, resell, rent, sublicense, give away or otherwise distribute the kit, or any part of it, to anyone outside your organisation;
- publish the kit, or substantial parts of it, on a website, file-sharing service, marketplace or public repository;
- use the kit, or adapted versions of it, as deliverables for clients or other third parties, for example as a consultant or service provider (each client organisation needs its own licence);
- use the kit to create a competing product, template pack or course; or
- remove or change the licence note in the files' properties (see section 7).
The free sample is licensed on the same terms, for evaluating the kit and for internal use.
If you'd like to use the kit in a way these terms don't allow, such as for several client organisations or a group of related companies, email us and we'll talk about a suitable licence.
6. Who owns the kit
We own the copyright and all other intellectual property in the kit. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. You own the changes and additions you make, but the material from the kit that remains in your adapted versions is still covered by this licence.
7. Licence marking
Each file you download has a note in its document properties showing the email address and order number it was licensed to. This doesn't change the visible content. Please don't remove or alter it. If a copy of the kit is found outside the organisation that bought it, we may use the note to identify the order it came from. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle this information.
8. If the licence terms are breached
If your organisation materially breaches section 5 or 7, we may end your licence by notifying you. If we do, you must stop using the kit and delete all copies, including adapted versions that contain material from it. Ending the licence doesn't limit any other rights we have, including to recover our losses or seek an injunction for infringement of our copyright.
9. Not professional advice
The kit provides templates, frameworks, examples and general guidance for planning and running an AI program. It's not legal, regulatory, compliance, privacy, financial, tax or other professional advice, and it isn't tailored to your organisation, industry or jurisdiction.
In particular, the acceptable use policy, governance charter, risk register, regulatory classification worksheet and similar documents are starting points. Laws, regulations and standards about AI and data change quickly and differ between countries and industries. You're responsible for reviewing and adapting the kit for your organisation, and for getting your own professional advice before adopting any policy or relying on any figure, calculation or classification.
Figures in the ROI template and other examples are illustrative. Your results will depend on your own data, decisions and circumstances.
10. Third-party products and names
The kit refers to AI tools and services owned by other companies, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok. Those names are trademarks of their owners. We're not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. These tools, their features, prices and terms change often, so check the provider's current information before relying on anything the kit says about them.
11. Refunds and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't lawfully be excluded.
Because the kit is delivered as an instant digital download and can't be returned, we don't offer refunds if you simply change your mind. That's why we offer a free sample: please use it to check the kit suits you before you buy.
If a file you bought is faulty, doesn't open, or is materially different from its description, email us within a reasonable time and we'll fix or replace the file. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
12. Our liability
Subject to section 11, and to the extent the law allows:
- the kit is provided on an "as is" basis, and we don't promise that it will meet your particular needs or achieve any particular result;
- we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, savings, data, goodwill or opportunity, however it arises; and
- our total liability to you for any claim about the kit or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Where the Australian Consumer Law applies and the kit isn't of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use, our liability for failing to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited, where the law allows, to supplying the kit again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for fraud.
13. Using this website
The information on this website is general and is provided to describe the kit. We aim to keep it accurate and available, but we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice. You must not misuse the site, including by trying to access files or areas you haven't paid for, or by interfering with its security or operation.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and handle your personal information.
15. General
- These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
- If any part of these terms is invalid or can't be enforced, that part is read down or removed, and the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up.
- You can't transfer your licence to another organisation without our written agreement.
- These terms, with your order and invoice, are the whole agreement between us about the kit.
